Is your current gym Covid-19 shield?
Morris County NJ Most Spotless Gym!
When it comes to personal training, there some good news, we know that the conavirus isn’t found in sweat. According to Johns Hopkins University Center, covid-19, the disease, appears to spread primarily when is direct interaction with others. Shaking hands and being within 3 feet of distance. Although noone shakes hands and most members keep their distance as they all come with instructed routines, at our gym, since we don’t allow more than 4 members per hour; as the NJ health department has ordered gyms to be closed. We have taken all measures to stay safe and protect our members and clients as well. Therefore our gym will remain closed until NJ health and public department clear gyms to re open again!. Although, we take pride of our cleaning system in place for 20 years!, we can’t be responsible for people’s interactions at work and public places. And for those who still believe big gyms are better, we urge to consider few things before you remain at your current gym. We are going through hard days with this covid-19. And believe paying attention at what your gym is doing is crucial to remain, germ free and healthy. Let me outline 5 things my gym is proactive with, and all gyms; big or small should be doing as well!
1-We Use Essential oils To Clean Our Operation Every Hour!
They can be used to clean, and wipe health clubs, as a preventive measure on every gym. No for cure or any other effect. My company has always been proactive in the use of oils to clear germs and viruses. For that reason, we believe many viruses including ‘corona virus, slew, as many claims directly coming from the Secretary of Health and Human Services stated. Corona virus, lives in the atmosphere for up to 4 hours . Our theory is simple: why feeding it? We believe that taken precautions against it, will kill the germs and the incubation will be minimal or none. Needless to say; a small gym has one million more chances to control what’s around it, much better than a large gym. So here are the oils we use to disinfect our gym consistently:
- Oregano oil: antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties, it contains several potential healing compounds such as : carvacrol, thymol, terpinene. People have traditionally used oregano oil for respiratory health, also become a popular alternative for cold and flu symptoms.
- Peppermint oil: Used for itching problems, cold, muscle aches and headaches. A wonderful anti-repellent, whose name has to be on the list to avoid germs and viruses at our gym.
2-White vinegar as a disinfectant!
Yes acetic acid (Aka: white vinegar) is a great disinfectant. It also acts as a deodorizer and cut grease. Essential item on every gym, yet no gym uses this!. You can tackle salmonella and e-coli and other gram-negative bacteria that can cause pneumonia, meningitis and bloodstream, wound or surgical site infections.with white vinegar.
3-Why we offer FREE dispensers of purify water to our clients and members!
Drinking purify water assures you that the vital minerals you need to function are present. With that in mind, we make sure we offer everyone purify water to drink during their workouts. Purify water removes harmful bacteria that otherwise can lead to sickness, stomach pain and nausea. We prefer purify water simply because purify water removes harmful bacteria. Chlorine disinfects water, making it smell and taste CLEANER, and better. Many make the mistake of calling filter water purify water. However, it isn’t the case; purify water goes to a process of double filtration, usually sees as reverse osmosis, distillation or deionization Purify water is scientifically labeled as such, due to it’s lack of impurities!.
