5 Easy ways to stay healthy during covid 19

Lots of people have been getting behavioral breakdowns, depression, and anxiety, while been locked down, due to covid 19 issues. With idle lifestyles and government restrictions more people are turning to alcohol and other substances more than ever before in our history. Nonetheless, I believe this lock down, is a wonderful opportunity to practice  self-control, managing emotions, and get in the best shape of your life, even  more than ever before in the history of man kind.  Making amends with your body is like making peace with yourselves. So here is 5 practices you can implement to be in the best possible shape, during this cobvid 19 crisis.

1- Drink more water

Conavirus pandemic, social isolation, economic uncertainty, that’s enough to make someone drink alcohol. But let’s not!. Flip the script to drink lots of water instead, make sure you approach water consumption, like you are approaching alcohol. Let’s say it is 5 pm on a regular day and it is a long day of being cooped up with kids in the house, or nobody in the house, and may be is time for a glass of wine. 50% increase in the sales of alcohol from one week in March of the coronavirus compared to a week the same year ago. Home delivery of alcohol has increase dramatically, and one report notes a 300% increase in alcohol in March compared in January. In true what people can’t understand is that with the same enthusiasm you approach alcohol to relief stress, you can approach water drinking practices if plan correctly, as well as other habits we will be discussing below. I have done few things, which I  recommend, for instance; breaking down my water consumption i  6 parts of the day. And I am extremely discipline about it, without ever missing a day. So here are 5 things u can do to enhance your health and body during this covid 19 pandemic:

Break down your water drinking like this:

  • Lemon water in the morning
  • Cup of tea juniper berries tea in the afternoon
  • 8 oz of Fresh pinneaple water 2 hours after
  • 8 oz of Fresh strawberry water 2 hours after
  • 8 oz of kiwi water

This practice of drinking water  is better, simply because I am just infusing the fruit on the glass or bottle, thus, using  the fruit nutrients to replenish my electrolytes while getting fulled. Let fruit rest for few minutes, and then drink it. At he end of it, I just eat the fruit. This practice will not only be reducing  cravings of alcohol but will also be keeping you full, feeding you with essential electrolytes while you get an awesome amoutn of fluids, essential for your body!

2-Split your work out routine in 4 segments

  1. Start in the morning with a walk on the treadmill try to stay there even for 20 minutes at a nice pace walk. Hydrate your self at times, and increase and decrease speed, from slow to fast etc.
  2. Do 100 crunches in the middle of the day. Don’t miss this opportunity as crunches are essential to keep a nice waste and a tight tummy. Perform a set of 20 crunches and complete 5 sets. Or if you strong enough go straight into 100 reps!
  3. Late afternoon perform a 1 minute plank.
  4.  Finally at night get a routine with trx straps, home gym or simply few push ups and squats will help. Follow this routine below if you lack of equipment.

3-Do burpees once a day

Benefits of burpees are limitless. Will not only help you increase strength and stamina, but will alos add great benefits to your lungs and heart. I will start with 20 a day anytime of the day you feel u have few minute. And then work your way up to 50 a day.

 

4-Skip dinner

Your body’s temperature, drop drastically at night, your Insulin Hormone, Idle the process of metabolizing foods for energy, which becomes a problem when it comes to digesting foods overall. As your hormones slow down at night food will get stuck in your gut. Should cut off all eating practices after 5 pm, or start 7 pm.

5-Eat your main course with warm water.

Warm water can break down fats, and raise your digestive system body’s temperature. Warm water can be drinking consistently throughout out the day. It will help your circulation, help constipation and enhance the digestion process. Japanese culture, advocates to drink hot tea with meals, which explains why the obesity numbers are so low in Japan versus western cultures like ours. Adopt this practice and rep the effects quickly!.
