I had covid 19 few months ago, and like most people; “I had to be in bed for days, coughing, and taken long breaks that were boring and exhausting. After I started to feel better, I jumped into my basement grab my fitness equipment, and started to workout. To my surprise my body had a setback and weaken up quickly. For the next couple days the coughing came back and the chills and headaches took over my body again. I felt like I was inside a freezer. I thought I wrote some of my experiences here, getting back on the fitness wagon after covid 19, so hopefully some of you can take the proper measures before going fully into your fitness routine. So here are some points you should consider before going back:
#1 Don’t assume: check with your Doctor

It’s never good to exercise when you sick or symptomatic with an active infection, if you exercise with an active viral infection, that may cause the infection to get worse, which could lead to additional complications.
#4 Start slow and gradually increase the intensity
How you should start exercising after covid 19, depends on what level of activity you were doing before. For some people, they want tpo start off with some walking program and gradually build up your walking tolerance, once you’ve done that over a couple week period, then you could add more intense cardio, but no too intense, just so your heart rate is going a little more than it was with walking.
