6 Unbreakable rules to get back in shape after confinement

No question that this 2020 has been in general intrinsically hard on our bodies. Whether, you got infected with covid or not, we all have gotten our fair share of hurdles, from this covid situation. Thus, it feels like this year passed like a dizzing speed reminiscent of a meteorite, like we’ve never seen it coming. Noone could plan, noone could prepared for it, and sadly noone was ready for it. Nonetheless, here are five unbreakable rules, that have helped me immediately, and my clients, to stay in good spirits and track our weight and progress. As I always say; everything starts on the kitchen table, therefore, whether covid or not, when you built a foundation in your house, on: what to eat, and, what not, your life will be much easier. Although, there is not question, covid 19, this has been hard and unexpected, so lets crunch some ideas that will make your life easier and, help you achieve better health after confitement.
Own a pair of suspension bands:
This have been coming super handy, as I have been working from home, and had no choice other than started a new work venture. Long days, few hour of sleep and few breaks. Since the pandemic started practically, in March, weather was great, and all I need it was a tree, or a poll on my basement to attached the bands. they are multiple resources, you can find on this subject, and exercises as well, I love a variety of them that could simple help my entire body to stay in moton. Therefore a pair of suspension bands are extremelly important to resurrect from confitement. Especially if you still afraid of going to gyms.
Meditation
Find time to meditate, is probably one of the last things you want to do as you ve been isolated, and locked up for months, but clearing your head is an absolute must, specially if you don’t feel good about yourself, taken a; 5 minute meditation break, when you close your eyes and let go all your loads, worries, and concerns, is important. Try it everyday, it will help you enhance your brain, you feel more relaxed, and will help you focus on the important goals.
Start your work outs in the morning!
This is a crucial part of this process as more hurdles will be on your way during the day. Making this activity an insurmountable task, which, is exactly what you don’t want. You can seek to circumvent this later, but will not be guarantee as more things will be due, and you can easily run a full day with other “must do tasks”, in which your exercise goal, becomes blew away by other commitments. So, don’t let this happened. Start early, and get it done properly. Usually, I roll out of bed, brush my teeth and get to workout. Now I am in that position where no matter what:I get it done, regardless of when. But remember, these are different times. You must craw before you walk.
Eat papaya for breakfast for 7 consequtive days.
It’s important that your first aim, becomes fighting inflammation and doing it quickly. For that reason We believe that the enzyme found inside this central american fruit, is super essential to your fitness and nutritional goals. At this point purifying your kidneys and bladder will be only possible if you add water to the equation. 8 glasses of 8 ounces each; a day is an understatement. Drink water and stay hydrated.
Add Nopales to your diet!
This is another super winner. You want to add the benefits of this veggetable immediately, as you will have lots of issues regulating blood sugars and lipids, due to the lack of proper eating habits.
