Just in time for thanks giving!. Here is this delicious recipe my wife made just in time for thanksgiving day. It is so yummy that you repeat this recipe many times over after the holidays. READY?
Prep Time: 15 mins. Cook Time: 30 mins. Serves: 1 pizza
- 1 ball of pizza dough homemade or store bought
- 10 slices of cashew or coconut cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of Red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup of red onion
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 slice avocados
- 1 cup of cooked unsalted black
- few basil leaves
- 1 1/2 cups of green Italian peppers
- 2 vegan chorizos chopped
1-Preheat oven at 445 degrees
2- After your dough is ready and spread out on the pizza pan place cheese on pizza
2-Toss your red and green peppers with garlic.
4-Toss Vegan chorizos and avocado and put the olive oil on top.
5-Spread the avocado slices and sprinkle sea salt on it.
6–Spread the black beans around your pizza
7-Decorate with basil leaves.
8-Put the olive oil on top
9-leave on oven till peppers are almost crispy
10-Keep an eye on onions so it don’t burn
-Serve and enjoy!
