GREEN TEA AND ITS INCREDIBLE HEALTH BENEFITS!
Green tea is consider one of the healthiest beverages on the planet. With a high concentration of antioxidants and nutrients, its one of the best drinks out there indeed. Green tea is well known for containing epigallocatechin gallate, a compound that is directly tied to boosting the metabolism. One thing I always encourage my clients to do while personal training is add green tea in their diets.
Green tea may contain caffeine as well and other catechins and polyphenolic compounds, which can help improve organ function and prevent inflammation!
Losing weight can’t be challenging for many people; specially if they are on medication; for conditions such as hormone disorders or injuries. Improving the body’s ability to burn fat and maintain muscle is essential.
Therefore, green tea can provide that extra boost! While improving a lot of other aspects of health. For example, research has shown that those who regularly drink green tea, do not fall victim to common bacteria and viral infections as easily as those who don’t add green tea to the diet. The catechins in green tea prevent bacteria and viruses from attaching themselves to cell walls in order to infect them. These catechins also counter the toxins release by microbes. This antibacterial property also protects you from bad breath, dysentery, diarrhea, tooth decay, indigestion, flu, cold, cough and colitis. All which are cause by fungus and microbial action.
Astringency : This is yet another powerful benefit of green tea. Astringent substances trigger contractions in muscles and tissues, while toning up muscles and skin. Even if you don’t want to drink green tea, a simple daily mouthwash with it can cause sufficient contraction in your gums to keep them firm and tight on the teeth! You can also wash your hair with green tea and feel it grow healthy and stronger every day.

any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest

something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything.
