Weight loss can be difficult. Specially after few down turns in your life. When I met Kelly; she had a great motivation and willingness to do anything to lose the weight. What was interesting about her story; was that she went through a rough time in her personal life. Which made things even harder for her, because she was fighting few different battles at the same time. We worked on self-esteem, nutrition and accountability. THESE ARE THE 5 THINGS I CONSIDER CRUCIAL FOR ANYBODY WHO IS IN NEED OF WEIGHTLOSS:
1)REPEAT TO YOURSELF YOU ARE WORTHY, AND YOU LOVE YOURSELF. This is a great practice, because they are times when no one else, can be there for you. Other than just YOU!
2) Be a student and LEARN WATER HYDRATION TACTICS.
This is what kelly did for water loss and water consumption:
- Drink 8 oz of lemon water in the morning
- Drink 8 oz of distilled water before shower. This ancient method helps to eliminate toxins and water retention before your bath.
- Drink water before each meal 10 0z or more
- Drink water before bed
3) Integrate Good fats in your diet:
- Sunflower seeds
- Flax seeds
- Borage oil
- Pumpkin seeds
4) Stop paying attention to negative comments:
In the 12 plus weeks I trained kelly. I never heard kelly complaining of negative comments on her body, or diet. Since she lost her first pound; she didn’t do anything other than talk about my program to others and staying faithful to the system. She was surrounded by caring and loving individuals nonetheless; who always cheered her up!
5) She practice detoxcleanse once per month!
Among the things I recommended her doing were the following:
- Grapefruits in the morning
- Strawberries and oatmeal
- Lemon water with the fless in it
- Apple cider vinager and olive oil for dressings
- Cilantro, parsley and basil leaves
